Folks we all know all coal miners aren’t all bad hell my uncle did it for 35 yrs and we are thankful we have those guys. Most chose that job for good wages but lots of union people fall victim to a system designed for selfish greed from the top down. The system of this ain’t my job that’s not my job and we want more because the company is taking away more due to inflation and health care. Unions were needed beginning the industrial revolution because conditions were so bad for workers but now days it’s designed by the system to help bad actors keep working that probably didn’t start off that way but the very bad system trained them to be that way over time. Companies are gonna do what the gotta do today regardless of unions. The days of having ur cake and eating it to are gone. If u think otherwise u are gonna be very disappointed. I’ve never seen anything long term good come from unions and it’s not my thing. Again the system takes some good hard working people that over time become indoctrinated into a system of doing less and want more because that’s the system. If u have doubts look at every company that has unions.
