BlackRock Fund Advisors has invested just under $160 million dollars in Warrior Met Coal alone. Total equity was $34 billion dollars in 2020 according to the source I consulted.
I believe that qualifies them as "rich investors" who will certainly be influential in the negotiations with Brookwood coal miners.
