Would you leave this country is you were not happy with its leadership? Is that your solution to problems... run away?
Some people have enough balls to stand and fight for what they deserve. It's a free country though. Your choice may not be someone else's. I'm glad there are those who are willing to fight. I've done a little of that myself at times.
See that’s what y’all don’t get. It’s a free market, it’s capitalism. If a company has constant turnover and can’t keep good workers, anybody with a brain is likely going to think “hm, how can we attract and keep workers?” I.e., better benefits, higher pay. I don’t need a union to do my bidding. If I think I deserve better, I’ll go get better, whether it be by attaining certifications, more education, taking a pay increase at another job, etc. It’s no one’s job but mine to take care of me. I guess that’s just the sense of self preservation and work ethic my father instilled in me.
