From my limited experience trapping beavers i learned one thing. If you trap the dominant beaver in the area other beavers will move in and try to take over the area then you really have a beaver problem. It's early and you are on top of your game already.

She providing her services or in the open out in the customer's vehicle? If it in the open, set up a motion activated sprinkler Both, typically. They'll usually start off in the customer's car, then move to the hood/trunk/fender for grand finale. The sprinkler is a great idea... but in this neighborhood if they realized there was water & a hose out there, they'd steal the hose and leave the water running. I'd just put up a sign that says "Obese Hooker here 2-3 nights a week. 2 for 1 special"
That'll run her off. I've toyed with the idea of printing a "Wall of Shame" and hanging it up out there. Somehow, I don't think her clientele would care. Have you taken her picture to the police? ... Recently we discovered evidence in our parking lot of some late night rendezvous. We started checking the cameras and have found the same 5'5", 300lb gal "servicing" different clientele in our back lot on a regular basis. Visits happen as early as 10pm and as late as 3am, and may be 2-5 days between incidents, which makes waiting them out up here one night not very realistic.
Spend a couple of nights stalking the hunt. It will get you ready for this fall. Get a good quality paint ball gun. Keep paint balls in freezer while you are waiting. She wont come back.
