Both, typically. They'll usually start off in the customer's car, then move to the hood/trunk/fender for grand finale. The sprinkler is a great idea... but in this neighborhood if they realized there was water & a hose out there, they'd steal the hose and leave the water running.
I'd just put up a sign that says "Obese Hooker here 2-3 nights a week. 2 for 1 special"

I've toyed with the idea of printing a "Wall of Shame" and hanging it up out there. Somehow, I don't think her clientele would care.
Have you taken her picture to the police? ... They could pay her a visit and warn her about trespassing.
I emailed them all the pictures and time stamps. Haven't heard back from them.
