Please post up the recipe if you can.. I’ve done one before, but yours looks much better.
Cook one box of thin spaghetti. Drain, add 4 tbsp butter and mix well. Add two eggs and 1 cup of parmesan cheese then mash into a buttered casserole dish to form a crust.
Brown ground meat and mild italian sausage. Drain and set aside. sauté one onion and I package of sliced button mushrooms until tender. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook about a minute. Add 1 can drained diced tomatoes and 2 cups of spaghetti sauce of your choice to meat and onion/mushroom mixture.
mix large container of ricotta cheese with 2 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley and spread on top of spaghetti crust. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Then top with two lbs of shredded monzarella, parmesan, provolone and asiago cheese. You can buy “italian shredded” and sprinkle with 1 tbsp fresh diced basil. Bake another 5 -8 minutes until cheese starts to lightly brown.
