Still interested in a finding a club in Cullman county. As I said in an earlier post, very new to this area so unfamiliar with the area and still trying to make acquaintances who also hunt. Beginning to get desperate.
Please keep me in mind if any club out there has somebody cancel or become unable to fill their slot in the club. I've checked every resource I can think of, nothing, nada, zilch...

Idk if your interested or not but your right next to thousands of acres of Bankhead land. Some on the best hunting in the state and it’s free. I’m sure it would be a learning curve for a couple seasons but it would be worth it. I’ve been hunting Bankhead since I believe 2012. Haven’t hunted your side for deer but I’ve coon hunted it. Check it out

In a lot of Bankhead the terrain is very steep but this keeps hunting pressure to a minimum. There are some true giants out there and a lot of hogs so I'm told by people who hunt there. The Black Warrior Management area also has gun hunts.

Some of the biggest deer in the state come off the Bankhead and Black Warrior WMA. I think youd be surprised. I mean 160 inch plus bucks.
I hog hunted there twice too and shot a good boar there. Very steep terrain in some parts but very pretty ground, LOTS of big food plots, power lines etc. Nice hardwoods too. Give it a try, and good luck.

Since no one else is doing it I guess I will…. There aren’t any deer in Bankhead so keep looking for a club.
I kid. In all seriousness Bankhead is a cool area. JasperGlass knows what he is talking about. I hunt some of the areas he does and he knows his stuff. He usually thins the herd out of Bankhead pretty consistently.

I know a fella that has killed a 150 in bankhead...I'd look at it

My buddy is in a club in central Alabama but still stalk hints Bankhead every year and as killed 5 deer pushing 130 or better off of it! Last year killed a stud of a 8 pt off of it! If I wasn’t so lazy and was mad at em I’d be there a lot
