I went to a Maker's Mark tasting last week in Birmingham. They gave us 5 or 6 of their blends (based on the different types of wood they use to finish the aging process), and let us blend our own. They saved the ratio, and are going to make a barrel and ship the bottles to Alabama sometime in March or so. Pretty cool idea.
