Looking to lighten my stock on my m77 mkii .280 I have a Hogue tactical on it, and it looks really slick, but I don't like the weight or the carry of it. Any suggestions are welcome!

There aren’t many aftermarket lightweight stock options for the M77, McMillan is the only one I know that offers a truly lightweight option and their prices and lead times have gotten ridiculous. HS Precision makes a nice stock for M77 but I don’t know that it’s gonna be much lighter than the Hogue.

Lightweight is not going to be a Boyd's laminate. I have one on my 270 vs the Tupperware stock, it added weight.

I don’t know if a Houge overmolded would be considered light but that’s what I have on my 280 (Rem700) and I like it.
