Just had some grilled along with a bowl of pinto-corn-okra soup.
Me to son: "You want some of my vegetable soup for lunch?"
Son: "Naaa, I'm not hungry."
Me: "I grilled some Conecuh sausage to put in it."

I also use conecuh in my shrimp boils.I use the zattarans powder seasoning.Put about 12 whole red taters,6 whole onions,usually bout 8 pieces of corn, 2 packs of conecuh,2 packs of whole mushrooms and 2-3 lbs of fresh shrimp.I also make my own cocktail sauce.Good stuff.

How about the Conecuh Pizza!
Homemade dough, homemade pizza sauce, shredded 6 cheese Italian blend, slices of grilled Conecuh sausage, fresh jalapenos, red onion, bell peppers, extra sauce to dip crust.
I always grill up extra sausage and reserve for pizza night!

Damn fine if you cut into 1/2" long pcs and pan fry for a second and throw it in some cream corn or regular corn!!!!
