You can serve conecuh on a turd and it would be good. I like to debone a flounder and stuff it with a mixture of bread crumbs, celery, onion, peppers, garlic & conecuh.

done it with venison and peppers. but the best way is on the grill with some buddies. eat it with pepperjack cheese cubes and BBQ sauce as an appetizer.

i usually just put them on the grill for about 10 minutes, then put em on a bun with some ketchup, mayo, mustard and grilled onions. . that's some good country boy eating right there

put it in a skillet with bell pepper, onion, beer, salt, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Cook the pepper and onions down and put it on a hoagie roll with some mustard.

I put them inside a jalepeno with some onion and cream cheese, wrap it in bacon then grill 'em.

On a side note, the absolute best sausage (they call it bologna) I've ever had was croghan bologna. You can order it online along with cheese curd and syrup too.
A guy I work with brought some and It was awesome.
