So you want him to prescribe a drug that has not been approved for the treatment of a condition that you haven't tested positive for yet and have no sysmptoms of? Have I got that straight? Now some doctors might do it but I can certainly understand why one would not. It puts their ass in a legally vunerable position.

And it releases employers from any liability as well if they require it. Iโ€™ve never been a sue type person but this isnโ€™t right
