For treatment the dosage is 0.2mg/kg per day. It's typically available in 3mg tablets. So typically, your doc would Rx Soolantra ( or generic Ivermectin) 3mg #20 - 4 tabs every AM for 5 days. I havent been Rx'ing it to patients yet because of the conflicting data and current FDA/WHO recommendations not to use. However, I am considering its use. As docs, we can't just wrecklessly start Rx'ing meds off label and I wouldn't unless I was fairly certain of the benefits.

I just picked up my bottle from Tractor Supply this morning.
I’m 185 lbs and dosed @ 1 1/2 ml in a glass of water.
My preventive dosage figured @ 1.68181818 so I figured 1.5 ml would be close enough.
We are flying out of town this week so I figured it would be a good time to start.

Ivermectin has been used for 60 years and is dirt cheap and has minimal side effects. Pretty safe drug.
I guarantee you it’s safer than remdesivir AND the vax combined. I’ll bet my life on it.

Got a prescription yesterday, 6 tablets a day for 5 days. I don’t have symptoms just got them for precautionary. Seemed like a high dosage. Haven’t taken any yet

Fixing to take my first dose today, tested positive COVID Friday. No smell/taste/appetite/bad head cold. I have not been bad compared to some, like a bad head cold/sinus infection. I have been taking amoxicillin and alieve cold and sinus I had onhand. Wife made me go to AFC, they did NOTHING but confirm what the positive otc test did, then shot me out a back door as quick as possible and basically told me good luck to take mucinex if I get congested. Go to the ER if I get bad. I was pissed but not shocked because all AFC are terrible. Wife got me set up with Dr Williams out of Tuscaloosa, fine man and he is really treating patients with meds/treatments instead of waiting for folks to get bad and go to the emergency room. I think I am pretty much in the clear, the worst of it is behind me and I am improving quite a bit already, so I expect with his meds I’ll be good to go real quick.
As far as ivermectin dosage divide your body weight by 11 that’s your dose
