After 20+years with att they have pissed me off.I want to change but worried about coverage in rural areas.could someone give me some input on this.help woud be greatly appreciated

Verizon sucks. I used to have good service with them but it has gotten steadily worse the last couple of years. Also don't listen to the Verizon commercials about free upgrade to a 5g phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it was supposed to be one of the qualifying free upgrades but I was told that the commercial is a flat out lie to get people in the store. I told the rep they must have saved money getting the same people to write their commercials that do covid updates for the Whitehouse. He didn't really appreciate that comment.😁

I have both (one personal and one company phone) there’s not a hill of beans difference to me. Only a hand full of times has one had service and the other not.

I am looking to change from Verizon to Att in the near future, we are moving to the lake and Att is alot better on Smith Lake.

They said my phone was compatible but after I ordered a simcard and plan that wouldn’t work they decided my phone wasn’t compatible. Refused to refund my money. Said it was my fault I should have refused the order when it was delivered. Like the FedEx guy was supposed wait on my front porch while I changed the cards in my phone and verified everything was working.

AT&T pissed us of long ago, and we switched to Verizon. But where we live now AT&T has better service.

T-Mobile is running some special for senior citizens that’s less than 30 dollars a month. My dad got a letter from them Monday. That would be more than half of what Verizon cost.
