Verizon sucks. I used to have good service with them but it has gotten steadily worse the last couple of years. Also don't listen to the Verizon commercials about free upgrade to a 5g phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it was supposed to be one of the qualifying free upgrades but I was told that the commercial is a flat out lie to get people in the store. I told the rep they must have saved money getting the same people to write their commercials that do covid updates for the Whitehouse. He didn't really appreciate that comment.😁
