Just dont' get caught with a gun, pistol or other wise, while hunting with archery equipment. I am pretty sure that applies to like hiking or what ever during the "off" season. Right before all those thou shalt nots it planly states no firearms during archery season. [/b]
drtrdspt is right. I asked a game warden about this new language on WMA permits. He assured me that if I was bow hunting during bow season and had a firearm in my possession, I would be breaking the law. I tried to show him how unclear it was the way it was written, but he did not see it that way.
