1003 acres between Ethelsville & Carrollton.

This will be the 5th yr I’ve had this lease. Before that Tru-Talker had the lease for 2 years.
We shoot 3yr old + 8pt better mountable deer.
Great deer numbers with quality bucks
Land consists of mostly select cut pines with several nice hardwood stands. Close to a mile of gasline. Property is secluded with little to no traffic and has 2 major creeks running through the property.. One borders the NW part of the property and the other runs through 70% of the land. 1 spot available at this time ..... No more than 5 members total. We had 4 that hunted last year.
$2200 includes seed , fertilizer ,power, water and direct tv. ..
We will have a few required work days.
