***** UPDATE ***** Got a call about an hour ago that my truck is ready. Asked them what they did to fix it and was told they flushed the transmission with 20 qts of Mobil-1 Synthetic ATF and refilled it. I asked how the old fluid was supposedly the culprit for the issues I was having? "Not sure, just going by the service bulletin we were given." Bulletin 19-na-121 SERVICE BULLETINWell, drove it back to the office and it seems fine so far. We'll see.
