I had a feeling that that swampdonkey from OU would be too much. She must have a strong back cause she's carrying the rest of their team. Admittedly, Bama made some errors and didn't hit well.
Been here long enough to go from "bring 'da pain" to " bring 'da pain meds.

Traina left a lot of pitches up in the zone and they made her pay for it,maybe they'll adjust and be ready for game 2

I had a feeling that that swampdonkey from OU would be too much. She must have a strong back cause she's carrying the rest of their team. Admittedly, Bama made some errors and didn't hit well. Yep, they've also been lucky and squeaked by the last couple of games leaving a ton of runners on base. It finally caught up with them tonight. I have a feeling if they can't turn it around and score more runs tomorrow night they're in trouble.

Traina just needs to keep the ball down. Almost every hard hit ball was letter high. I wonder if the same guy will pitch tonight for OU?

Dr. B They were saying last night that Traina is pretty much it as far as pitchers go for Alabama, as the other pitcher (Leslie Jury) was injured. I know Amanda Locke pitched an inning or 2 in the regional (I think it was the regionals). Just to show Alabama's pitching depth (or, rather, lack thereof)... Traina leads in innings pitched with 274.2 innings. Leslie Jury is 2nd with 79 innings pitched.

Most softball teams just have one pitcher they rely on,some are fortunate enough to have more than one really good pitcher,there is no pitching limits so they use their best when they need to,they say pitching a softball is a not as tiring pitching a baseball,that's why they don't wear out like a baseball player.

Rickett (OU's pitcher) has hit 3 batters already and seems to be off tonight (so far)
Traina hit a 3 run double, just a few feet short of a grand slam

Our girls pulled out the trickeration and got 5 batters hit by pitches. I think they said that was a CWS record.
The SwampDonkey just got pulled after 3 1/3 innings. 5-1 Bama.
