It will more than likely be WMA again one day. The Autauga WMA land was lost for awhile now most of it is back So my understanding of what happened at Autauga WMA is at first the state leased all the land from a timber company. Then that timber company sold the land to another Timber company. Now the state and forever wild own most of Autauga WMA so it should stay.
