Sorry, I am just getting started or trying to. If I can't find any primers I wont need any. Willing to pay a fair price though.

Primers are reappearing. Do tell on the cartridge I'm sure we could find an alternative powder some of these goobers are old and have severe magnumitis.

That is halarious!!!!!! Just a FYI, I got some H4831sc not long ago and have been using it in my new 6:5prc. Would rather have H1000 or RL26 but beggars canโt be choosers in this market.

Wes that was impressive! Back when components were easily found I ran out of H4831 two weeks before a hog hunt(What handloader isn't going to load a new load for a new bullet?) I went H4350 over the 125 partition in .260 Worked like a champ.

I'm planning to reload 7 Rem Mag. Previous loads were from my brother who is in another state. His recipe which work great out to 400 yards on deer and pigs for several years here in Central Alabama was 140 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip, 71 gr Hogdon H4831 for Sako Finnbear L61R Sporter w/24" barrel and a twist rate of 9.5". I have enough of these to probably last thru this season but not long.

Hodgdon data lists a 64.0gr max for H4831 with 140 gr bullet. 71.0grs is a stout dang load. Case life has got to be awful.

Lot of variations in 7 mm RM loads. I've loaded 72.4 gr of R22 under a 140 gr Accubond for 3260 FPS in my 24" seven mag with no pressure issues. Long throat and generous chamber and this is easy for the seven.
Load her hot and let her eat!!

Shouldn't have any problems with running a 140 BT at that speed with H4831SC.
