Had a 6 stroke lead at the end of the day yesterday. As he was walking off the 18th green, PGA officials notified him that he tested positive for Covid despite being asymptomatic. He was forced to withdraw likely costing him $1.6M.
An outdoor activity, and he is asymptomatic which even Fauci and the CDC have admitted over the last few months that it is almost unheard of to spread if asymptomatic.
Absolutely pathetic on the PGAs part, especially how they told him on the course in front of a huge crowd and tv cameras.

The only thing I can think of that’s more boring than playing golf is watching golf on tv.

The only thing I can think of that’s more boring than golf is watching golf on tv. I’m stuck at how with the Covid and have been watching a little golf. After being home this week, there isn’t much I haven’t seen on the TV. Currently watching women’s college World Series!!

They totally screwed that guy. If they were even going to bother with COVID testing at this point, do it once at the beginning of the event and then be done with it. Not mid stream. And then tell him on the course of play in public ... completely mishandled
