....same for folks with a full buggy in the "20 item or less" checkout line...."does that look like 20 items to you?" in a LOUD voice. I've asked the clerk if they can refuse somebody that CLEARLY has more than 20 items and they said "I'm not allowed." Then why even put up a sign saying so???? Because of corporate bullsh-t. This mindset that the customer is always right is why employees often grow frustrated and either quit or completely stop caring.
