Has anybody gotten anything from them about a class action suit. If so is it legitimate. I don't particularly like getting in on stuff like this, but i was wondering the legitimacy.

ive gotten something, from what i've read you didn't have to do anything to participate, it was just a notification it was happening; to not participate you needed to fill out something.

Legit...$2.6 Billion settlement due to anti-trust law suit for stifling competition
Payout based on how many file claims. Could be a few dollars or several hundred.
I receive notices like this all the time and some payouts have been several hundred dollars and others just a few bucks. Worth a few minutes to file.

I have received nothing ...had BCBS for 35 years

The real winner in a class action lawsuit is the lawyers. But I guess if the the amount is already settled then there may be no reason not to get your $100 or whatever you can.
One thing for sure our rates will increase to cover the loss.
