I've caught 11 coyotes off my dads place since march. Still have alot of bobcat tracks on all the roads. I've only caught one bobcat. I gotta get better at trapping them

My cats kick my butt - got multiple - they step around my sets - very difficult - I need to double set more - got 2 traps about ready - prob use both as double set. My cats very tuff - my coyotes travel thru sporadically - I still got handful of coons - they tuff - they will eat down to trigger - got to change up my bait some

I only caught 1 cat - and I run 3-5 coyote traps

Yea, they do the same stuff to me. I made a cubby set yesterday. I'm up to about 20 traps but it's hard for me to get em all in the ground. I'd like to put in some blind sets in the roads this week. Might be the only way I can get them

I just put a set middle of road Saturday

They piss me off - I got some big cats and they consistently step around one of my sets and it varies which one. I had a couple catches that got away early in my trapping career last year - Dug out ground bad - big struggle - afraid it was cats - they may hav their pHD now 🤣

I had a coyote pull out of a trap on my buddies place. Pulled my traps after 2 weeks of nothing. Really makes you wonder if they don't go and tell all the others or something

When cats are walking around your sets then place two more behind your dirthole at the 10 & 2 position
Place them about 6” from the hole to the jaw

Those are two good catches
Always good to get rid of those nest destroying pests

I decided to put out a few dirt hole sets Saturday since I'm still catching coons on my chufa patch and caught a young male last night and another coon. I'm up to 22 coons now.
