WTH is wrong with this daggum country. I was flipping through the channels and damn cmt has got the mtv award show on and what a joke it it is. Promoting homos black with white and boy on boy. I was going throw the tv out the window but I was to busy throwing up. One damn dude come out wearing what looked like a big see through sock with tits to look like a girl and dingy to look like a boy on national freaking television.

I thought CMT was great in the 80's. It just played videos until TNN went off the rails with the regular sitcom stuff rather than videos and shows like the Ralph Emory stuff. Problem is I only knew a couple people that had massive satellite dishes. I think that was the only way for rural folks to get CMT back then unless we were on vacation. I don't remember when it changed to trash but it seems like maybe it started around the mid-90s.

and Dave Grohl falls off a 15' stage 3 songs into a show, then FINISHES THE SHOW sitting in a chair while a paramedic kneels in front of him for over an hour holding his leg together, then goes back on tour using a "rock & roll throne" he designed himself on the back of a napkin. My first FF show was on the "Broken Leg Tour", and it was freakin' awesome.
