I will say that the pain does go away, I still do not feel that I have all of my strength back but I'm not as young as I used to be and I haven't really pushed myself. Sold my bow and got a crossbow so I could hunt bow season and I'm now so ready to go back to a regular bow I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Do your rehab, take your pain killers, say bad words and work your way through it. Definitely sets new parameters for pain though. Gives you a new base line for when you hurt something else.

As I mentioned above my surgery and rehab couldn’t have gone any better but I’m definitely not as strong in that shoulder and I’ve finally started trying to shoot my bow and I flat out can’t do it anywhere close to the same poundage.
