just got a text from my bride requesting i fill up all our vehicles because Troy is out if gas. we live in south montgomery county.
so, do i participate and further shrink the supply?

I mean, if you need gas then go buy it. I heard there were shortages here around Pensacola as well, but I haven't tried to get any to find out.

Lol. I usually fill up at the beginning of the week anyway but I did go ahead and filled my extra tanks. I’m running a small lawn care business and I have to have it to operate. Mowers can’t generate money if they’re sitting empty.

Too bad meemaw is shutting down the unemployment bonus. I'd just file and say I couldn't buy gas to get to work

we filled up both yesterday.......although MrsGomer's was at a 1/4 tank and mine was on fumes, so....
Had to wait several minutes to get to a pump though.

It’s stupid around Pensacola and Bay Minette. I thought I had missed a hurricane warning once I got off work and lines backed up out in the road at every gas station. Folks filling up 10 gas cans and shucks. Most stores on north side of Pensacola are out and several in Bay Minette

With a 36 gallon tank, I hardly let it go below 1/2 tank. Most of the time I fill up with 3/4 tank, just in case. Hoping it will get me through

With as much as I drive for work, I typically try to end each day with a full tank of gas.
Last month was 4200 miles for work.

I left Indianapolis yesterday and haven’t seen lines til I got to Baldwin country a little while ago. People at my store say it looks like hurricane preparation. This is going to put a big damper on fishing. First tournament of the year coming up and that’s 60 boats burning thousand or more.
