Ive lurked here a while and there used to be a few lawyers on here. Did yall run them off?
Ive noticed that there are a lot less folks here it seems and a lot of good ones are gone. Hope thats not a trend here.

Ive lurked here a while and there used to be a few lawyers on here. Did yall run them off?
Ive noticed that there are a lot less folks here it seems and a lot of good ones are gone. Hope thats not a trend here. Yep. Seems some members here didn't like how not a single court would rule the election was invalid and blamed the few lawyers on here when they tried to explain the process. I've said before, the appeals court will probably rule that Chauvin could not receive a fair trial in Hennepin County and will order a new trial.

Ive noticed that there are a lot less folks here it seems and a lot of good ones are gone. Hope thats not a trend here. Depends on your definition of good. There were a bunch of emotionally unstable old guys who didn’t listen to the mods and they felt like they were bigger than the site. They’ve all been run off. Unfortunately we lost a good guy in doekiller before we could run off all the crazies

That is the guy I was thinking of Doe killer. He seemed nice to me. But there were others.
A couple biologists that posted some good stuff and I think a couple other lawyers. One was a Judge I believe. Now it seems there are around 20 guys that post all the time and not many others.

Go google this search: grounds for new trial when juror lies during voir dire. You will have a lot to read, lol. May even want to add - in Minnesota to the search after doing the general one.
