After yesterday morning and afternoon of not hearing but one bird, and no one to tag along with this morning, I slept in. Nice to cook and eat slab bacon, hot fresh crescent rolls with fruit preserves, and hot coffee! *sigh* Can't believe it's almost over.  WOOHHOOO!! Way to go CKyleC!! Awaiting pics and story!! Congrats Kyle!
Had a bird that I was fairly confident was about to die at the hands of my 11 year old but just as quickly as he gobbled and made his way to us he vanished. Hen likely led him off.
