Great advice from low wall. I’ve flipped and rented single family. Now I own an apartment and a lot of commercial, mostly medical. Pro’s and cons to each. Listen to the bigger pockets podcast, don’t over leverage yourself, and you can make a lot of money in real estate. If you don’t have enough capital to weather the bad times, or get over leveraged, you can lose your shirt.
