cpcal21 spike C Joined: Mar 2015 Posts: 64 North Alabama	They are supposed to be a part of a highway to bypass Haleyville and Phil Campbell and then connect to I-22... I dont know that any more work has been done on it in the last 10 years at least.

Water is up. Docks under water at qtr creek. Water is bad muddy up around qtr creek. Clears up around twin forks and gets stained again up above those bridges. Killing my neighbors deer since 1982
