We can talk about the exact wording. Sure. But that's not my point. My point is that people take advantage of the forum. I feel like that's what happened here. I don't care where the money comes from in the end. I'm saying when someone shows up with their first post pricing something really high and then makes a point of saying they won't pay the 3% then it feels like someone who doesn't contribute to the site in info or money. They are just taking advantage. They want all of the benefits and they don't want to pay any. Posts or cash. It comes off bad. If he had posted his sale, facoted the 3% into his asking price and just made the sale then it wouldnhave been better. I still would have not liked someone opening up their first post in the classifieds but it would have been better. This just feels like someone using the site with no respect. I don't remember how much he originally wanted. I think it was 400. That's 12 bucks. I have listed a lot of things in here that never sold and I didn't send money. Most recently I gave away fire wood and paid the the money that I offers of someone would come get it. I paid. So, in this case....12 bucks? Jist make me mad someone wouldn't pay it. In just the last few months I have gotten suggestions on a roofer, a tree guy. A gravel guy, and a general contractor to fix my deck. All after a storm came through. A member helped me clear some damage trees. Amd countless other things. My wife and I joke that the deer forum has the best info, the best people, and the best references. But using our little family and can't send then12 bucks? Yeah. It makes me mad. I trust the people here. So yeah I shamed the guy. And 12 bucks? Yeah, I'm sending 50 to Skinny now to put my money where my mouth is. I have gotten a lot more than that out of this place. THANK YOU! Skinny!
