I agree with you that it just needs to be paid but I disagree with you about the specifics in Skinny's rule.
"You" and "sell" are the keywords here.
A buyer in a transaction doesn't "sell". A "seller" does.
So, if you "sell" something here, meaning the "seller", then "you" owe Aldeer 3%.
Just the way I see it and the way I'll carry on doing it until someone shows me that my sentence interpretation skills weren't taught to me correctly in elementary school.
