Rule #2 - If you sell something, a 3% donation to Aldeer would be nice. Its 3% of the total sale or $100 whichever is less. Donations to Aldeer via secure CC transaction by clicking the Donate to Aldeer button at the top right of the screen.
There is nothing specific at all in that quote about WHO pays the 3%.
It's all part of the negotiation process.
It just needs to be paid.
