Rule #2 - If you sell something, a 3% donation to Aldeer would be nice. Its 3% of the total sale or $100 whichever is less. Donations to Aldeer via secure CC transaction by clicking the Donate to Aldeer button at the top right of the screen.
I have sold lots of stuff on Aldeer.
I have never asked a buyer one single time to pay the 3%.
I have always paid it and by the rules understood that it is my responsibility to do so.
Just this past week I sold a rifle to a member here and he offered to give me some cash on the 3%. I accepted his offer to help and I made up the difference between what he gave me and what I owed.
I would have paid the whole 3% had he not offered and would have gladly done so because it is my RESPONSIBILITY as the SELLER.
But unless it is negotiated in the deal, or an offer is made to help pay it, then the responsibility is with the seller, not the buyer.
