Wind has done become hurricane force here in Greene county. I heard one gobble 3 times but he sounded like he was in demopolis .....and I am in Eutaw

Had an amazing hunt with everything except...the shot. My daughter and I are still learning. Should’ve made a slight shift when he was coming in and he would be dead. Gobbled and drummed all the way to 30 yards. When he finally popped his head up he was behind a limb for my daughter to shoot. He stared for probably 10 seconds and likely saw us shaking. Oh well, maybe next time.

Congrats on the kills guys. I had one gobbling for about 30 minutes this morning. He hung up in the pasture at about 80 yards and finally walked off.
