Or learn to dial moa and forget the custom turret that's dependent on temp and elevation That’s what I do. My son wants a new scope on his hunting rig. Trying to teach him how to shoot without fancy do-dads. It’s hard to find a decent scope with a plain reticle. I just don’t trust exposed turrets, it’s just something else to go wrong or get screwed up and not notice. I realize it’s all a gimmick to sell scopes, I just don’t know how I managed all these years without CDS dials and MOA turrets???? SMDH??? Funny you call it a gimmick lol Why range something and try to hold over say 30in when you can dial and drive tacks? this and also there is nothing to worry about screwing up. The dial doesnt just freely spin as you walk. return it back to zero when your done shooting and its GTG
Only accurate rifles are interesting.
