Just got back to camp. Nothing nothing nothing even remotely close to turkey activity on our place. I’d like to know where that big group I saw last week is.

Hens got us this am. Had 6 gobbling decent on roost. Nothing after 7:15. Stayed with them til 10:30. Had strutters at 175 yds but they weren’t leaving the real thing. Was shocked how fired up they were early on.

Quiet here in Pike county, no action at all. Guess I'll setup somewhere this afternoon see if I can get one to come in - don't know if I should get on a field, a fresh clear cut or in the woods somewhere.

Didn’t hear a gobble till 9:30 then had a 10 minute flash hunt. 3 gobbling 3 year olds tried to run over us.

*Happy Dance*

Man, I'd just about rather shoot a coyote than a gobbler, just to help the turkeys!!

Way to go!!!

Tracked another one along way and finally jumped it. Looked like it was pretty crippled up anyway. Never could catch up to it but heard it a few times

Well my brother in laws first turkey hunt was sort of a success and sorta wasn't. Finally got on some gobblers, had one come in and he couldn't get a shot because it was really thick between him and the bird. But I'm pretty sure he's gonna want to go again...

Love a good hunting story, love my family and friends. Some people you can't, but acted like do.

I had to leave the woods at 7:30 to go work on a dirt pad for the house, got a notification from my cell cam at about 9 and a damn gobbler was in front of it all by his lonesome. Wish I could have ran down there to kill him. Maybe tomorrow.
