Because of the pictures, I broke down and bought a 36 inch Blackstone today.
Spent a couple of hours seasoning it and cooked some organic grain fed hamburgers this evening. Easy to cook and clean up.
I think I am going to use it often. Wife excited thinking about cooking breakfast tomorrow.
