I'm running really behind this year with my summer plots. I just got them in the ground this weekend. I planted 1/2 of a 4 acre plot in RR corn with a 75lbs of RR soybeans mixed in to help shade weeds out. The other half I planted in pure RR soybeans. I planted a 1 1/2 acre plot in Iron and Clay peas, conventional soybeans, and added 10 lbs of black oil sunflower seeds to give the peas something to climb on. I sprayed Prowl H2O on the plot after I seeded it. Hopefully it will control Sicklepod.
We've got adequate deep soil moisture here but could use some. We got .2" rain yesterday and it didn't settle the surface dust. We're predicted to get rain tomorrow. I sure pray it comes.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
