With crossbows being legal here, it would make sense that the Draw-Loc would fall under a crossbow style of law.

Because they are two different weapons.

Crossbows are built to hold, at tension, the cable locked in place to release the limbs.

Compounds are built to hold momentarily and then release.

I mean, again, the bottom-line question is if you cannot hold a compound bow at full draw or draw one to hold it ... why use this instead of just using a crossbow designed for this specific purpose? With the Draw-Loc all you are doing is creating a vertical crossbow.

Bravo to capitalism and innovation. Glad for the dude who came up with it. But either shoot a compound bow the way it's intended or use a crossbow.
