What the Coca Cola company and so many other colleges, businesses, even the military are doing is what is called Cultural Marxism/Critical Theory -- >> in the particular form of Critical Race "theory and practice." This was invented by Western Marxists/Communists in Germany after World War One. That group of "intellectuals" were known as The Frankfurt School. They were all atheists and anti-Christian zealots, just like the eastern Marxists/Communists/Russian Bolsheviks were. Let a company tell black employees to act less black and see how it goes. We should do the same to the company Either way is a blatant violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any aggrieved white employee could file suit and win on that.
