It’s 4:00am at Smith Lake, Winston County side. It’s been a steady 19 here for about 4 hours. I expect some of the folks that decided to go cheap and skip the pex to start having issues here shortly.

Not just the pex , I’ve saw all kinds of construction atrocities there , however the lack of pex / insulation will become apparent . I would think most of the part timers turn off the water in the winter .

Can y'all imagine the mess down in Texas when that thaws out? Nephew has 2" of water in his house as I write this. He has no way of getting the water up or out. No cell service, power, etc. He is not alone and has no idea how long it will take to get the neighborhood up and running again.
I can't stand a thief.

Every year I have to go cut off somebody’s geyser at the road. And sometimes it’s days before I notice it.
