I as a retired traffic commander will say file a complaint, due to his action's it should be on video. Also ask for a copy of the incident video, it's public record. I would request a meeting with the Sheriff or Chief Deputy, so that he could show you a video of the incident. I as a supervisor held my officers at a much higher standard than most. Poor action's are just a pattern of what has taken place. We are in a new era of law enforcement. Also if you are turning onto a 4 lane, and both lanes are clear, who cares what lane you take, as long as it isn't the wrong way on the one way. sorry for the long rant, I do not like aggressive officers, they tend to screw themselves over time.
