I wished they would get excited about a few of the BBQ restaurants around here and spend some of their money there to support a small business. The brisket sandwich was OK at best, and was worse than our worst BBQ restaurant around here. I was more impressed by their firepits, smokers and their general efficiency more than anything.



Best brisket in Alabama is in Odenville, AL at Charlie's BBQ. IMO. I try to get up there every couple of weeks for brisket day. It's worth the drive from Bham.
