I don't think anyone drove from Tuscaloosa just for the sandwich, they drove there for the whole experience of the store and everything in it.
That may be, but if you ask literally ANYONE what's so great about Bucee's, they will mention the brisket within the first 10 seconds, 103% of the time.
The correct answer to your question is "their gas is cheaper than everyone else's, they have clean bathrooms, and they sell fountain 'coke' with real sugar".
Some of their bakery goods are pretty tasty, as well.
But yeah....if a bbq joint opened and sold their brisket/bbq sandwiches, they probably wouldn't be in business very long.
