We may never know the truth about what happened since there is only one living witness but altercations between armed individuals leading to someone getting shot is kinda par for the course. Is it not? I am guessing someone pointed a shotgun at someone or did something stupid maybe shot at him from the blind or something... and it sounds like the old man was the better shot. He got 2 in what appears to be a 3 vs 1 shootout.
We will see where the body was found and what the autopsy says.
I'm not buying the dementia angle myself.

For real. Everyone gets a pass because they are old. There's definitely A LOT of old men that are scumbags. I have no idea what happened, honestly haven't even read all the reports. Could be anyone fault, but he doesn't get a pass for being old. If it's a dementia issue, I hate it for everyone involved. It can be a very tough time.
