Got 4 deer with mine this year
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Managed to drop this little 8 yesterday morning. It was the 11th deer of the day we saw. The shot was about 80 yards, down a fairly steep embankment. Impact was at the right shoulder crease about 1/2 way up the body. The shot was a complete pass through and broke the offside shoulder. He mule kicked at impact and ran, dragging his right leg. He crashed within 50 yards. The round was a 129 ABLR with a muzzle velocity of about 2240, launched from a 12" Faxon barrel. Great day. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/peMDqwt.jpg)

Of the three that I've shot with it, two passed through. The third was a hard quartering away shot. I got plenty of penetration, but no exit.

I’ve shot through every one so far. Longest shot so far has been about 140 yards. It’s my go to gun inside 350 yards and I’d be confident in it out to 500. I’ve shot steel out to 950 (longest spot with quick access).
