I’m still waiting on the Crabtree background. Was he hunting buddies with the 2 young guys that died? What connections might he have with vowell? Lots of questions yet to be answered but still a tragedy.

I’ve been in an accident that was on the news and it’s unbelievable how much they lie and twist a story to make it look good or just come up with something to put on the news. You can’t believe anything on the news

I went to school with a guy who moved up there when Goodyear went down 20+ year ago for a short time. His wife taught elementary school to the two that got shot and died. She made no reference to the kids/parents being bad people back then. He did say that there were some strange people up there and real "don't like outsiders" attitudes. But, he said there is still info not being told and things just don't add up on all the old man reports.

What seems pretty odd to me is if someone shot my buds and I am there with a gun, that person would not be walking out.
I think more will come out about this. Yea old guy just shoots your buddies and you wrestle the gun from him and throw it and run. I’m with you, this is odd. I assume he had to load both of his dead buddies in boat after hitting old guy in head? That would have took some time. I believe one of the reports said that one of the victims was still alive at the time of the retreat.

There are A LOT of red flags and questions in this survivor's story and the situation, IMO. And only one person remains who can tell anything.

I watch criminal minds a lot at night. Who is to say the only survivor killed his buddies then old man comes to help save them and he’s killed too. Coulda been over a girl.
